How to set your anaZana e-mail for Gmail interface?

In order to be able to manage your anaZana e-mail via Gmail interface, do the following:

1. Open your Gmail account.
2. Click on "Settings".



3. Open the section "Accounts and Import".

4. In the section "Check mail from other accounts (using POP3)" click on Add a POP3 mail account you own.



5. Fill in the spaces and click Add Account.



In the "username" field enter your full e-mail address (for example, test@anazana.com or name@domain.com).
In the "POP Server" field enter: mail.anazana.com
Port: 995
Put a tick next to "Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server".
Put a tick next to "Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail".

6. Go to section "Open the section "Accounts and Import". Click on Add another email address you own.



7. Fill in the spaces.

In the "E-mail address" field type your e-mail address and click Next Step:


Check the "Send through Gmail" and click Next Step:


Click the Send Verification button. You will receive instructions with confirmation link and verification code on your e-mail address.


Open your mailbox and open the message you received from GMail. Click on confirmation link or copy the verification code.


Return to Gmail website,enter the code and click Verify.


You can now successfully use your e-mail address via GMail interface.
